At Edifier, we are committed to providing high-quality audio experiences. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Edifier account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Product
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit back to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
